Back to "reality"!
So I’m finally back in Shanghai and getting back to “reality”. I think that the best thing about teaching English or working abroad, such as in China, is that whilst you travel during your time away, you are sort of not coming back to a harsh or dull reality, but a continued amazing adventure. I’m back in Shanghai but not sad at all. I’m reflecting on the most amazing, almost two-month, trip ever, and also buzzing to be back in China. I have about four months left and I can’t believe it. I plan to make the most of my time here, study Chinese, excel in my teaching, continue to travel and embrace the experience. So, my last week in India was amazing. I had a relaxing two nights in Udaipur whereby I got some Indian suits made before heading to Agra. The Taj Mahal was breath-taking. It just so happened that my daytrip there fell on Valentine’s Day; which was a funny and nice coincidence.
